Eligibility

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe the product accurately, but photographs are illustrative and minor variations in colour, packaging or accessories may occur. Cooling performance depends on room size, ambient temperature and humidity, and is not guaranteed to match any specific temperature reduction.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Promotional offers are limited in time and quantity. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where a pricing or stock error has occurred.

Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, incomplete address details, unavailability, or delivery restrictions in your area. Where an order is cancelled by us, any amount paid is refunded in full.

Acceptable use

Safety

Use the product only as described in the supplied instructions. Do not immerse the motor housing, do not open the housing while it is connected to power, and keep it out of reach of unsupervised children. Misuse voids any warranty.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
