Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FrostyPure Mini Portable Air Cooler. If something is wrong with your order, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly without a return.

Return window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Write to contact@nutrafame.com with your order number and the reason for the return, or message us on WhatsApp or Telegram.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused or lightly tested, with all accessories and manuals included.
• Original packaging must be intact and returnable.
• Damage or defect claims require photographs of the product and the shipping box.
• Items damaged by misuse, drops, liquid ingress into the motor, or unauthorised repair are not eligible.

Damaged or wrong item received

Report damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photographs. Approved claims receive a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, and we bear the return shipping cost.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 7-day window, but return shipping is the customer's responsibility and any promotional shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Refund processing

Once the returned parcel reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are approved within 3 business days and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit typically appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, the return process above applies instead.

Non-returnable situations

• Requests made after the 7-day window has closed.
• Products returned without prior return authorisation.
• Missing accessories, cables or packaging.
